Plano, TX (September 12, 2023) – Not all adventures require helmets, but they do require communication. That’s why Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for powersports, today announced its new PACKTALK EDGEPHONES ORV for the off-road-vehicle segment. The all-new sleek-designed head-phone-integrated communication system brings all the benefits of Cardo’s top-of-the-line PACKTALK EDGE ORV system to helmet-free off-road applications. 

Cardo will showcase the all-new PACKTALK EDGEPHONES ORV at the upcoming Sands Sports Super Show, Sept. 15-17, at the OC Fair & Events Center. The Cardo booth will be in Building 14, booth number 1468.  In addition, Cardo will be present at this year’s UTV Takeover Utah at Sand Hallow State Park, Oct. 18-22.

Cardo’s PACKTALK EDGEPHONES ORV are ideal for off-road enthusiasts looking for a helmetless communication solution.  The system delivers real-time, in-the-moment communication between drivers and passengers, as well as with users in other vehicles, delivering a level of constant connectivity that takes the off-road experience to a higher level. EDGEPHONES ORV require zero installation and are completely wireless, providing riders and drivers the convenience to get in and out of their vehicles without having to unplug anything or worry about wires.

The new system is designed with an Air Mount connectivity port that seamlessly integrates the PACKTALK EDGE within the EDGEPHONES ORV, pairs up to 15 users through Cardo’s always-on Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) network. PACKTALK EDGE ORV and EDGPHONES ORV offers crystal clear communication utilizing DMC and premium JBL audio.

Cardo’s PACKTALK EDGEPHONES ORV are available as a bundle with the new, sleek headphones and the premium PACKTALK EDGE communication system for only $489. As a separate accessory, the PACKTALK EDGEPHONES ORV are available to PACKTALK EDGE customers for $149. 

The PACKTALK EDGEPHONES are also sold as an accessory for on-road and off-road motorcycle applications. 

The Cardo PACKTALK EDGEPHONES ORV will be available for pre-orders at www.cardosystems.com starting September 12th and will be available at retail at the end of September. Cardo and the PACKTALK EDGPHONE ORV will host an event during the UTV TAKEOVER in Utah on October 18-22.
